I never learned to swim, however, I live on land that had a muddy pond to one side, a swamp behind it, and the Great Atlantic smack dab in front of it, and thus I'm in the water all the time.
I love it, the water is so cool and refreshing. Esp on hot sticky days in the summer. I esp love the feel of the sand under my feet and between my toes. It's great for keeping your skin smooth and soft. I rub beach sand all over myself, even use it to wash my hair.
I have 100% wrinkle free, super smooth, and wicked soft skin and everyone is always asking me my secret, they always want to know what products I use, and they are shocked to learn that I use none: no creames, no powders, no lotions, no makeup, no cleansers.... not even bars of soap. None of that stuff gets near my skin ever. The secret to my wrinkle free smooth soft skin is the Atlantic Ocean and beach sand!
